Our Code of Conduct.
The Code of Conduct is the ethical and value-based foundation for acting with integrity and in compliance with regulations within the Volkswagen Group. It serves as a binding guideline for all employees in all brands and companies worldwide.
Compliance with the Code of Conduct is the personal responsibility of all employees, for a Group in motion, for the protection of people and the environment, for future generations.
